Thanks for registering your child in Awana at Jones Road Baptist Church.  Below you will see links to the Awana Registration Form and the Awana Order Form.  Please use the registration form to register your child and the order form to indicate what materials, books, vest, t-shirts, etc...you will need for your child in Awana this year.

Please click on the the link below for the form you need, print out the form and bring it with you on a Wednesday evening or Sunday.  You may turn it in to Brenda Hunt, our Awana Commander.

These forms can not be filled out online and submitted online.  You must print them out and return them.
